- Support and thought partner for all parts of the organization including sales, product management, engineering, production, fulfilment and services
- Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage group budgets, headcounts, targets, and goals

- Develop new business programs and make enhancements to meet changing customer demands
- Collaborate and contribute to the organization to promote cross functional and process thinking
- Manage on site business partner and guest experiences, support business leader schedule management
- Maximize the Vice President of Gas Measurement productivity by strategically managing a fast paced calendar
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to work on site Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Willingness to travel 5–10% as needed
- Results driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
- Experience excelling in a fast paced environment
- Strong proficiency with business technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

What is the role about?
- The Business Specialist with the Gas Measurement team provides high level support to the leadership of department within the United States Sales Organization.
- The role ensures smooth operations and optimal efficiency within the leadership team and broader management group.
Which tasks will you perform?
- Support and thought partner for all parts of the organization including sales, product management, engineering, production, fulfilment and services
- Actively contribute to process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage group budgets, headcounts, targets, and goals
- Analyze the functioning of processes and suggest effective solutions by researching, visualizing, articulating, solving problems, and implementing solutions
- Develop new business programs and make enhancements to meet changing customer demands
- Collaborate and contribute to the organization to promote cross functional and process thinking
- Manage on site business partner and guest experiences, support business leader schedule management and be the positive go to person for any business related issues
- Maximize the Vice President of Gas Measurement productivity by strategically managing a fast paced calendar, ensuring alignment with sales cycles, strategic priorities and key business initiatives
What do we expect from you?
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to work on site Monday through Friday, standard business hours
- Willingness to travel 5–10% as needed
- Master’s Degree preferred (MBA or related experience)
- Results driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation
- Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
- Experience excelling in a fast paced environment where there is high volume of tasks and priorities shifting continuously
- Strong proficiency with business technology, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, to stay organized, analyze information, and support daily operations
- Ability to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative.
