Internal Coordinator

Act as the first point of contact for DCs

Help with:

App or upload issues

Task-related confusion

Device issues (coordinate with Field Ops if needed)

Escalate issues only if they cannot be solved

Manage large WhatsApp groups of DCs

Share daily instructions, reminders, and updates

Maintain discipline and professionalism in groups

Update Google Sheets with:

Hours completed

Issues faced

Drop-offs or delays

Share daily status updates with the manager

Basic computer knowledge

Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets

Ability to manage and communicate with many people at once

Good coordination and multitasking skills

Alert and responsible

Patient but firm

Organized and disciplined

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

1 IC manages 50–70 Data Collectors
