Knight Frank MENA is seeking a Strategy and Consultancy Intern in Dubai.
The internship provides practical experience in real estate strategy, market research, feasibility analysis, and advisory projects.
The intern will support senior consultants with live client assignments, research, analysis, and financial modelling.
The internship may transition to a permanent position subject to performance, business requirements, and role availability.
Responsibilities
- Assist with real estate market research and analysis.
- Support strategy, feasibility, and advisory assignments.
- Analyse supply, demand, market trends, competitor activity, and related indicators.
- Assist with financial analysis and modelling for feasibility studies.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and advisory materials.
- Support highest and best use analysis and market assessments.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal discussions.
- Maintain accurate internal databases and market information.
- Contribute to team initiatives and undertake other tasks as required.
