Overview
Knight Frank are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a flexible attitude and variable skill set to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the commercial property market.
As a Commercial/Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for developing commercial agency business instructions, facilitating property transactions, fostering client relationships, and maximizing opportunities within the Knight Frank service line offering.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of Knight Frank's business and the office leasing market.
- Win and deliver leasing instructions in line with agreed targets and guidelines.
- Generate new business through networking, relationship building, and market activity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, and key market contacts.
- Develop and maintain leasing strategies for existing and future office developments.
- Advise clients on leasing strategies, market positioning, occupancy absorption, and commercial leasing terms.
- Prepare, negotiate, and agree Heads of Terms.
- Oversee property marketing activity, including property listing presentations, tours, videos, and leasing collateral.
