- Assist in procurement processes including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services
- Support supplier qualification process as per company policies
- Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers
- Assist in cost analysis and prepare reports to support decision making
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Creative, self motivated, organized, with excellent communication skills

- Internal interaction with internal stakeholders and Head office procurement team
- External interaction with suppliers/contractors
Activities
- Assist in Procurement Processes: Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services
- Supplier Management: Help qualification process of suppliers as per company policies and procedures
- Order Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and record keeping
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs and preparing reports to support decision making processes
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and correspondence
Candidate Profile
- Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to create Power BI dashboards is an added advantage
- Experience: Nil
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Skills: Creative, self motivated, organized, skills for planning and independently carrying out the job with excellent communication skills
