- Assist in procurement processes: sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services.
- Help qualification process of suppliers as per company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Assist in analyzing costs and preparing reports to support decision making.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Creative, self motivated, organized, with planning skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Internal: Interaction with internal stakeholders and Head office procurement team.
- External: Interaction with suppliers / contractors.
Activités
- Assist in Procurement Processes: Support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services required for the company’s operations.
- Supplier Management: Help qualification process of suppliers as per company policies and procedures.
- Order Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and record keeping.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities for the identified requirements.
- Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs and preparing reports to support decision making processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and correspondence.
Profil du candidat
- Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to create Power BI dashboards is an added advantage.
- Experience: Nil.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from the following disciplines: Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Skills: Creative, self motivated, organized, skills for planning and independently carrying out the job with excellent communication skills.
