Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple intern teams
• Monitor daily work progress and follow up on task completion
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and project status
• Help ensure work is completed accurately and on time
• Identify delays, gaps, or accountability issues and report them to management
• Evaluate intern performance and provide structured feedback and observations
• Support management with reporting on team progress and productivity
• Assist with candidate screening and support parts of the recruitment process
• Help maintain organized communication, workflows, and reporting systems
• Contribute to keeping teams aligned, productive, and accountable
• **Required Skills & Qualifications**
• Fluent Italian is mandatory
• Good working proficiency in English
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good leadership potential and confidence in coordinating others
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Ability to track progress, follow up consistently, and manage priorities
• Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Preferred Skills

• Previous internship experience in coordination, administration, operations, HR, or project support
• Previous leadership experience in student groups, volunteer work, or team-based environments
• Confidence working with deadlines, reporting, and team follow-up
• Comfort using digital tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems to track tasks and progress
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to the company’s internal workflows and methods
