Join a fast-paced L&D team supporting workforce operations. As a Learning & Development Intern, you will combine data analytics, digital tools, and operational support to streamline learning programs and elevate the global employee experience. This role is ideal for an MBA graduate looking to gain hands-on, end-to-end exposure in enterprise talent development.
1. Research & AI-Assisted Content Curation
● Conduct market research on emerging industry skills, leadership frameworks, and L&D best practices.
● Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva) to draft rapid micro-learning guides, job aids, and visual presentation decks.
● Audit third-party learning catalogs to help curate targeted learning pathways for cross-regional teams.
2. Analytics & Reporting
● Aggregate post-training survey data, attendance, and assessment scores into executive dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
● Perform routine data audits across regional LMS records to ensure high reporting accuracy across time zones.
● Track and summarize learner Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to highlight actionable trends for L&D leadership.
3. Program & Virtual Logistics
● Co-facilitate global virtual training sessions on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams (managing technical setups, breakout rooms, and live Q&A).
● Organize program schedules, calendar invites, and asynchronous communications across distinct regional time zones.
● Maintain central knowledge repositories, training calendars, and internal resource sites (Notion, SharePoint, or Teams).
4. Vendor & Project Operations
● Assist in sourcing third-party training vendors, gathering Request For Proposals (RFPs), and building cost comparison sheets.
● Track project timelines, purchase orders, and administrative workflows for global learning initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ● Education: Recent MBA graduate or final-year candidate (Human Resources, Organizational Development, or General Management preferred).
- ● Technical Agility: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and comfort using generative AI tools for productivity.
- ● Communication: Crisp written and verbal English skills, with natural cross-cultural fluency and strong asynchronous communication habits.
- ● Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a genuine interest in adult learning and organizational growth.
