- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking across key markets
- Assist in creating investor facing presentations and development proposals
- Engage in real estate valuation reviews and financial modelling
- Collaborate cross functionally with brand, design, and F&B teams
- Help prepare internal strategy reports and development tracking tools
Requirements
- Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations
- Knowledge of market research, feasibility, and valuation in hospitality and real estate
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent report writing skills
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Fluency in English

Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations
- Knowledge of market research, feasibility, and valuation in the hospitality and real estate sectors
- Aesthetic and design sensibility with an ability to create visually engaging presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent report writing skills
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask under pressure
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
- Fluency in English is an absolute minimum!
