Support recruitment, candidate sourcing, business research, administration, and international operations.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and initial communication.
- Support job postings and maintain organized candidate databases and pipelines.
- Research companies, industries, recruitment agencies, potential partners, and international markets.
- Assist with recruitment and administrative activities.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, agencies, and business contacts.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Support Recruitment, Sales, and Business Development teams on international projects.
- Use AI tools, LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and other digital tools to improve research and productivity.
What We Are Looking For
- Currently pursue or recently complete a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Have good written and spoken English.
- Be organized, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Be comfortable using email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Work independently and responsibly in a remote environment.
- Have an interest in international recruitment, HR, sales, or business development.
- Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous but not required.

- Be curious, ambitious, reliable, willing to learn, and ready to take initiative.
- Be prepared to contribute to real projects with real responsibilities.
Learning and Development
- Gain practical experience with international recruitment, business research, recruitment operations, and international communication.
