Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment from requirements through sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, documentation, visa coordination, mobilization, and deployment follow-up.
- Handle blue-collar and white-collar projects across multiple industries.
- Build and manage an international sourcing network including agencies, partners, and talent pools.
- Coordinate directly with international clients and keep pipelines on schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of international recruitment experience is required.
- Proven experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles is required.
- Experience recruiting for Europe, the UAE, the GCC, or similar markets is required.
- Excellent English, strong organization, and the ability to work independently are required.
- Applicants must be comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS or CRM systems.
- Experience with AI sourcing tools is described as a strong plus.
