Business Development Manager role supporting expansion of an international recruitment and workforce solutions business.
The role targets companies and employers across Gulf countries.
Work Setup
- The stated work setup is remote and flexible.
- Candidates must currently be based in a Gulf country.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies seeking recruitment and manpower solutions.
- Develop relationships with employers, business owners, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and secure recruitment projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Build long-term Gulf-region partnerships.
- Coordinate client requirements with the recruitment team.
- Manage the business development pipeline and drive results.
Requirements
- Current residence in a Gulf country, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, or Oman.
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, recruitment, manpower, HR, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- An established Gulf network of companies or employers is a strong advantage.
- International client experience is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and generate business opportunities.
