Caseware is hiring an Intermediate UX Designer to work at the intersection of design craft and AI-assisted making.
The role supports cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics solutions for accounting professionals.
Employment and Workplace
- This is a full-time permanent position.
- This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the Toronto office.
What You Will Do
- Design user experiences for cloud-based audit, financial reporting, and data analytics products using Figma Make, Claude Code, Replit, and traditional UX methods.
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, generate and pressure-test prototypes, and explore a broader solution space.
- Evaluate AI-generated design output to protect accessibility, usability, and intentional design quality.
- Conduct user research and usability testing and feed user insights into AI-assisted design iterations.
