Role Overview
Caseware is hiring a Group Product Manager for its AI Platform.
The role coordinates product managers across AI agents, agent builders, evaluation tools, and related product workstreams.
The position serves as an orchestrator who creates a coherent delivery plan across overlapping roadmaps.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid role requiring work from the Toronto office three days per week.
- The office is located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario.
Compensation
- The annual base salary is $145,000 to $160,000 CAD per year.
- The role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus and/or commission and other benefits.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive execution of the AI Platform roadmap with the Principal Product Manager.
- Maintain expertise in AI capabilities, agent patterns, model limitations, and audit applications.
- Identify automation opportunities and appropriate resourcing across the AI product suite.
- Develop product managers and foster process improvement across product, engineering, and applied science.
