Role overview

Post-contract responsibilities

• Administer commercial contracts, including remeasurement and interim and final account payments.
• Assess applications and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Manage variations, contractor claims, provisional sums, and prime costs.
• Manage nominated subcontractors, insurances, and bonds.
• Attend design and commercial meetings.

Required qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
• At least two years of relevant post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, or another relevant sector.
• At least two years of consultant and/or client-side experience.
• Knowledge of CostX or similar quantity surveying software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• A solid project background and English-language technical writing ability.

Preferred qualification

• Previous experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
