Overview

Your Role - Post Contract

• Administer commercial contracts, including remeasurement and interim and final account payment applications.
• Assess payment applications and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Manage variations, contractors’ claims, provisional sums, and prime costs.
• Manage nominated subcontractors, insurances, and bonds.
• Attend design and commercial meetings.

About You

• A degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university is required.
• At least two years of post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management is required.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, or a similar sector is required.
• At least two years of consultant-side and/or client-side experience is required.
• Knowledge of CostX or similar quantity surveying software is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
• Good project background and proven English technical writing ability are required.
• Previous FIDIC contract experience is preferred.
