AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors for newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within the UAE.
The role offers the opportunity to join a growing team working on high-profile projects.
Your role
- Administer commercial contracts after contract award, including re-measurement and interim and final account payment application assessments.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and manage variations and contractors' claims.
- Manage provisional sums, prime costs, nominated subcontractors, insurances, and bonds.
- Attend design and commercial meetings.
About you
- Previous experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, or a related sector.
- Minimum 4 years of consultant and/or client-side experience.
- Knowledge of CostX or similar quantity surveying software is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good project background and proven English-language technical writing ability and skills.
