AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors for newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations in the UAE.
The roles support a growing team working on high-profile projects.
Post-Contract Responsibilities
- Perform commercial contract administration, including re-measurement and interim and final account payment applications.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and administer variations and contractor claims.
- Manage provisional sums, prime costs, nominated subcontractors, insurances, and bonds.
- Attend design and commercial meetings.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
- Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, or a similar sector.
- Minimum 4 years of consultant and/or client-side background.
Technical and Professional Skills
- Knowledge of CostX or similar quantity surveying software is required.
- Previous experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
- Good project background and proven English-language technical writing ability are required.
