AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyors for newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within the UAE.
The role offers work on high-profile projects as part of a growing team.
Your role
- Administer post-contract commercial matters, including remeasurement and interim and final account payment application assessments.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and manage variations and contractor claims.
- Manage provisional sums, prime costs, nominated subcontractors, insurances, and bonds.
- Attend design and commercial meetings.
About you
- A Quantity Surveying degree from a recognised university is required.
- At least five years of post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management is required.
- Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure, or a similar sector is required.
- At least four years of consultant and/or client-side experience is required.
- Knowledge of CostX or similar quantity surveying software is required.
- Previous FIDIC contract experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required.
- A good project background and proven English technical writing ability are required.
