Entuitive is looking for an Intermediate Building Envelope Specialist, based in our Ottawa office that will focus primarily on new construction projects, with additional exposure to existing buildings projects. Execution of projects within the realm of building envelope consulting such as the design and performance of building envelope systems for new buildings

Provide technical expertise and guidance on small to large scale projects through effective project management, coordination, and participation in the delivery of projects to maintain a high level of service.

Assist with research of new products and systems as needed for servicing your portfolio of projects.

Provide building envelope design assistance, drawing and specification review for new construction projects.

Building envelope condition assessments and forensic investigations, including field work, quantity takeoffs, budget estimates, and report writing.

Work with Entuitive’s BIM team to develop drawings and details for existing building projects.

Computer aided analysis of building envelope details and performance.

Assisting with the preparation of tender specifications, drawings, and sketches.

Field review and other contract administrative duties as required.
