Job Description
Oversee day-to-day interior execution and coordinate contractors and vendors.
Ensure projects meet approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Prepare detailed working and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
Site Supervision and Coordination
- Supervise interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, stone, and furniture works.
Drawings and Measurements
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD working drawings, elevations, sections, and shop drawings.
- Take accurate site measurements and revise drawings for site conditions.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate revisions.
Quality, Reporting, and Handover
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, material usage, and project progress.
- Maintain daily progress records and report delays, issues, and material requirements.
