Job Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor for interior execution and fit-out work.
The role involves coordinating contractors and vendors and preparing detailed working and technical drawings.
Site Execution
- Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design requirements.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, ceiling, flooring, painting, stone, and furniture works.
Drawings and Measurements
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD working drawings, detailed drawings, elevations, sections, and shop drawings.
- Take accurate site measurements and revise drawings according to site conditions.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and coordinate revisions.
Quality and Reporting
- Monitor workmanship, finishing quality, material usage, and project progress.
- Maintain daily site progress records and report delays, issues, and material requirements.
- Conduct snagging, rectification, and final quality checks before project handover.
