Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out execution across civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing activities.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor progress and support timely completion within the planned schedule.
- Plan and allocate manpower for site operations.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards.
- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports to the Project Manager.
- Monitor material requirements and stock availability, and coordinate timely procurement.
- Verify measurements and maintain billing and project documentation records.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and statutory compliance.
- Resolve site issues, attend client meetings, and provide project updates.
- Coordinate handover, snag rectification, and final completion.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹10,089.20 to ₹30,424.05 per month.

- The work location is in person.

- Working knowledge of interior fit-out activities across civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
- Ability to coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
