Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out execution across civil, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing works.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and schedule performance.
- Inspect workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports for the Project Manager.
- Monitor stock and coordinate timely material procurement.
- Verify measurements and maintain billing and project documentation.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and statutory compliance at the site.
- Resolve site issues and support client updates, handover, snag rectification, and final completion.
Pay
- Monthly pay is ₹10,089.20 to ₹30,424.05.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Must work in person at interior fit-out project sites.
