Role Overview
Manage interior turnkey projects from inception through completion, including planning, execution, coordination, cost control, quality, documentation, and safety.
Act as the primary contact for clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Project Planning and Execution
- Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans while ensuring agreed milestones are achieved.
- Monitor daily site activities and resolve execution-related issues to maintain project progress.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire fighting, and finishing activities.
Site and Team Management
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams and monitor their performance.
- Lead and motivate project teams, allocate responsibilities, train junior engineers and supervisors, and foster accountability.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Quality, Cost, and Procurement
- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and rectify non-conformities.
