Full Job Posting
Project Planning and Execution
- Plan and execute interior turnkey projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, work programs, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure milestones are achieved according to agreed timelines.
- Monitor daily site activities and resolve execution-related issues.
Coordination and Site Management
- Coordinate clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Provide progress updates through meetings, emails, minutes of meeting, and reports.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Coordinate civil, MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire-fighting, and finishing activities.
Quality and Cost Control
- Implement quality assurance and quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections.
- Rectify non-conformities and maintain required workmanship standards.
- Monitor budgets, variations, change orders, extra items, BOQ comparisons, and contractor bills.
- Minimize material wastage and optimize project resources.
Procurement and Documentation
- Coordinate timely material deliveries and monitor inventory and consumption.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain RFIs, NCRs, snag lists, variation records, site instructions, and project correspondence.
- Prepare and review billing documentation.
