Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer & Sales role based in Doha, Qatar.

The role combines showroom client consultation, interior concepts, product selection, sales closing, and project coordination.

Core Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, understand their lifestyle, preferences, and budget, and develop tailored interior concepts.
  • Create mood boards and layout proposals and support basic space planning.
  • Present furniture, lighting, and accessories aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Prepare quotations, close sales, and coordinate logistics and installation for timely project delivery.
  • Maintain product knowledge, update showroom displays, and collaborate on larger design projects.
  • Contribute to sales targets while providing a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong interior design foundation with practical residential or commercial interiors and FF&E experience.
  • Proficiency in space planning and a basic understanding of architecture.
  • Ability to read and prepare construction drawings or layout plans.
  • Sales and client-facing skills including needs analysis, product presentation, upselling, cross-selling, and closing.
  • Excellent visual presentation, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in luxury interiors or retail is highly advantageous.
