- 🔸 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the design team, overseeing the full creative process from concept to final delivery.
- Establish and implement design strategies aligned with FEIZO’s luxury vision and brand identity.
- Supervise one-of-one bespoke designs and high-profile client projects.
- Produce innovative concepts and high-quality visual presentations.
- Stay ahead of global design trends and integrate them into the company’s projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and expectations.
- 🔸 Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design or luxury product design.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire creative teams.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, Adobe Suite).
- Exceptional aesthetic sense with the ability to create distinctive, signature design directions.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with high-profile clients.
- A high-quality design Portfolio is required.
