Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept through execution, including client briefings, design development, and presentation of proposals and mood boards
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation, coordinate space planning, select and specify FF&E
- Ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction and fit out
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design challenges
- Mentor junior team members and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Participate in site visits and inspections
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Interior Design and Architecture with proven track record delivering high end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Construction Drawings
- Hands on experience with FF&E selection, specification, custom design, and coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- High proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- Experience managing multiple projects, leading design teams, and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and construction practices in the GCC region

Role Description

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; advanced certification or licensure is an advantage.
- High proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury design.
- Experience managing multiple projects, leading design teams, and collaborating with cross functional stakeholders.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with local building codes, materials, and construction practices in the GCC region.
