- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Identify strategic partnerships with architects, consultants, real estate agencies, and developers
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline data, and sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 7 years total sales experience, with at least 5 years in Saudi Arabian interior design, fit out, or construction industry
- Proven track record of closing high value projects in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors
- Strong local network within Saudi real estate, commercial development, and construction ecosystem
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English
- Valid transferrable Iqama in Saudi Arabia
- Available to join immediately or within short notice

Role Overview
- The Business Development Manager will drive new business acquisition, nurture key client relationships, and develop a strong pipeline of luxury interior design and fit out projects.
- This role is central to Feizo Design's commercial growth strategy and requires a confident, well networked professional who understands the Saudi market deeply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality segments across Saudi Arabia.
- Build and manage a strong project pipeline, from initial prospecting through to signed contracts.
- Present Feizo Design's portfolio and services to prospective clients, developers, and real estate firms with a compelling, consultative approach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's revenue and growth targets.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as agreed with management.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with an existing network of real estate developers, property owners, PMCs, and corporate clients in the KSA market.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers in coordination with the design and operations teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the interior design and fit out sector.
- Identify strategic partnerships with architects, consultants, real estate agencies, and developers that can generate referral business.
- Collaborate closely with the design, project management, and finance teams to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Maintain accurate and up to date CRM records, pipeline data, and sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- A PMP certification or equivalent project/commercial qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of total sales experience, with at least 5 years in the Saudi Arabian interior design, fit out, or construction industry.
- Proven and demonstrable track record of closing high value projects in the luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
- Hands on experience working with or selling to real estate developers, property management companies, hospitality groups, and corporate clients in the KSA market.
- Strong, established local network within the Saudi real estate, commercial development, and construction ecosystem, particularly in the Eastern Province and/or Riyadh.
- Existing relationships with decision makers at real estate developers, PMCs, hospitality operators, or government related entities is a critical requirement.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market dynamics, procurement processes, and client culture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals.
- Must hold a valid, transferrable Iqama in Saudi Arabia.
- Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
