A confidential Abu Dhabi-based private office is seeking an Interior Designer/Architect to support high-quality interior and exterior design projects. The role requires creativity, technical proficiency in design software, and experience coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Develop interior and exterior design concepts aligned with project objectives, brand identity, and leadership expectations
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, space plans, layouts, sketches, and presentation materials
- Produce or coordinate technical drawings, 3D visuals, renders, and design documentation
- Support the selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, materials, and decorative elements
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Conduct site visits, review progress, and ensure design intent is properly implemented
- Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications, quotations, and design related procurement requirements
- Ensure all designs are practical, elegant, cost conscious, and aligned with quality standards
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all private office projects, properties, stakeholders, and business information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, fit out, or luxury/private projects
- Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and design detailing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or similar design tools
- Ability to prepare professional design presentations and communicate concepts clearly
- Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, and follow through
- UAE experience is preferred
- Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage

Role Overview
- A confidential Abu Dhabi based private office is seeking a talented Interior Designer / Architect to support the design and execution of high quality interior and exterior design projects across a diverse portfolio of businesses and properties.
- The role requires a creative, detail oriented professional with strong technical capability, refined design taste, and the ability to manage concepts from initial mood boards and layouts through to execution coordination.
