Role Overview
Nabina Building Materials is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer.
The role covers residential, commercial, or retail interior projects from concept through execution.
The position focuses on customized kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and interior solutions.
Design Development
- Create customized kitchen, wardrobe, and interior design solutions based on client requirements.
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and space-planning layouts.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, lighting, hardware, and accessories.
3D Visualization
- Produce high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for client presentations using SketchUp.
- Prepare presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts.
Technical Documentation
- Understand technical pre-request information.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and execution requirements.
Site Coordination
- Conduct site visits for measurements and project inspections.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Resolve site-related design issues and ensure projects follow approved designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior design.
- Experience in kitchens, wardrobes, doors, joinery, or fit-out projects is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape or related rendering tools.
- Photo editing skills and strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior detailing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
