A boutique interior design studio in Dubai is looking to appoint an Interior Design Project Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across the region.
This is one of the strongest boutique studios in the market with an excellent leadership team, a strong reputation for design quality, and a genuinely positive working culture.
The business has continued to grow steadily and is now looking for somebody who can come in and help manage projects across multiple stages.
The environment is fast paced and hands on.
This role would suit somebody who enjoys being closely involved in the day to day running of projects, coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, and clients whilst keeping programmes moving.
Importantly, this is not a role suited to somebody coming from a huge client side developer or large multidisciplinary consultancy environment managing mega scale projects.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing interior design projects across hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors
- Coordinating internal design teams, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Supporting project delivery from concept through to site stages
- Managing programmes, client communication, and project coordination
- Working closely with leadership on project strategy and delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with design intent, programme, and budget
Requirements
- Experience working within an interior design consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of project delivery within the UAE market
- Hospitality or high end residential experience would be highly beneficial
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced studio environment
- Previously worked within boutique or medium sized design firms
