Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents
- Analyze project requirements and prepare detailed quantity take offs
- Prepare cost estimates for architectural finishes, fit out works, joinery, doors, ceilings, flooring, painting, cladding, waterproofing, and façade elements
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost saving alternatives
- Conduct risk assessments and incorporate contingencies
- Prepare RFIs and coordinate technical clarifications
- Maintain updated cost databases and supplier information
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, Procurement, and Project Management teams
- Support project handover activities and provide cost related assistance
Requirements
- Experience in interior design estimation and fit out works
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and market pricing
- Ability to review architectural drawings and prepare quantity take offs
- Experience preparing technical and commercial tender submissions
