- Manage projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and evaluation, to ensure timely achievement of objectives
- Collaborate with multiple specialized teams, including engineers and contractors, to ensure effective coordination of all project aspects
- Provide design consultations to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding indoor and outdoor spaces
- Stay updated on the latest trends in architectural design and apply them in projects to ensure innovative solutions
- Prepare project documentation and evaluation proposals, facilitating effective communication with clients and investors
- Assess materials and techniques used in projects to ensure quality and economic efficiency
- Participate in meetings with clients and investors to present updates and recommendations regarding project advancement
