Role Description
Develop interior architectural concepts, spatial planning strategies, and design solutions aligned with project requirements, brand identity, and user needs.
Translate design concepts into functional, cohesive, and technically feasible interior environments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and support design implementation.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, material layouts, and other technical documentation.
- Produce 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, mood boards, material boards, and presentation materials.
- Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and architectural details.
- Review and refine designs based on client feedback, technical constraints, project requirements, and budget.
- Ensure documentation meets building codes, safety requirements, accessibility standards, and project specifications.
- Participate in presentations, coordination meetings, site discussions, and project reviews.
- Coordinate construction documentation and help resolve design or technical issues during implementation.
- Maintain design quality and stay informed about trends, technologies, sustainability practices, and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, construction methods, materials, detailing, and building systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, or similar design and drafting platforms.
- Capabilities in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, visualization, rendering, and presentation development.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, accessibility requirements, and technical standards.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating interior architecture, spatial design, technical documentation, material selection, and visualization.

- Strong creative and conceptual design abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for balancing aesthetics, functionality, technical requirements, and budgets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organization and time management for multiple design tasks and deadlines.
