- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, government entities, public authorities, and key decision makers
- Establish and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders and industry peers
- Facilitate coordination and transparency with government authorities on transportation policies and project objectives
- Lead engagement efforts to resolve critical interface issues between project infrastructure and existing utility networks
- Support client in promoting integrated public transportation network through collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with traffic and public safety authorities for effective traffic management
- Assist client in managing land acquisition processes, access requirements, and stakeholder approvals
- Monitor emerging stakeholder concerns, regulatory changes, and industry trends
- Support community engagement initiatives and stakeholder outreach programs
- Provide strategic stakeholder management advice and recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of related experience with a technical degree or higher
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement activities on large scale projects
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with senior level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience managing teams and leading major projects or multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strategic thinker with strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder management in high pressure situations

- Parsons is looking for an Interface Manager (Stakeholder) (Saudi National) to join the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, government entities, public authorities, and key decision makers.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders and industry peers.
- Facilitate coordination and transparency with government authorities on matters impacting transportation policies.
- Lead engagement efforts to resolve critical interface issues between project infrastructure and existing utility networks.
