The I nterconnection Analyst supports the execution and administration of utility-scale generation interconnection projects across multiple Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs).
This role is responsible for coordinating interconnection-related agreements, supporting project execution, maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating day-to-day interconnection activities throughout the project lifecycle.
The position works closely with Interconnection Managers, Legal, Engineering, Commercial, Transmission Owners (TOs), RTOs/ISOs, and external consultants to ensure projects progress efficiently from study through commercial operation.
This is an execution and project coordination role , rather than a power systems engineering or policy role.
This role will be based out of any of our Chicago, IL office and is subject to our Company’s return-to-office policy which currently requires a minimum of three days a week in the office.

In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus and equity programs.
