  • Support QA in testing larger automation initiatives, including review of test plans and facilitation of test data collection and validation; work with developers to lead the QA process for simple automation initiatives.

What You Bring To The Role

  • 3 – 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst, preferably in an automation environment.
  • Practical understanding of AI enabled automation, including agentic workflows, decision automation, and handling of unstructured data.

  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Exposure to AI enabled automation tools and concepts, including UiPath Autopilot/AI Center, Copilot Studio, prompt based workflows, and a foundational understanding of APIs and data integration to support agentic automation use cases.
