Integrity Engineer

The Senior Integrity Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing pressure systems integrity programs, including Risk-Based Inspection, Fitness-for-Service, and Remaining Life Assessments.

Conducts corrosion studies, ensures compliance with industry standards and legislation, provides technical guidance, manages subcontractors, and supports client deliverables.

Assists in business development activities and can assume Integrity Team Leader responsibilities when required.

• Plan, implement and manage pressure systems integrity programs
• Involve in implementation of Risk based inspection, fitness for service and remaining life assessment
• Carry out corrosion study on pressure equipment and piping
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards
• Assist improvement in service delivery by communicating internal/external client feedback as appropriate
• Give technical guidance to other employees, as appropriate and disseminate information to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards
• Liaise and manage subcontractors day to day activities.
• Assess/ recommend scope, cost, time, resources of the work to be undertaken for an internal/external client meeting contractual/project requirements
• Discuss/present the deliverable with internal/external client and be able to suggest alternative solutions where appropriate
• Support Business Development activities as required, including sharing industry contacts, assisting with proposals preparation/cost estimations, conference participation, etc.
• Knowledge of pipeline integrity studies such ICDA, ECDA etc is an added advantage
• Ready to take responsibility for the Integrity Team Leader during leaves of absence.
