Marine Project Coordinator

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Register and coordinate client enquiries, scope requirements and project requests.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and suitable CVs for client submission.
• Coordinate with intercompany offices and subcontractors to source suitable inspectors.
• Follow up with clients on proposals, approvals, interviews, purchase orders and contracts.
• Coordinate inspection schedules between clients, inspectors and project teams.
• Maintain regular communication with inspectors and clients during project execution.
• Receive, review and submit inspection and flash reports and maintain project records.
• Verify purchase orders, timesheets, expenses, subcontractor and intercompany invoices, and supporting documents.
• Prepare invoice requests and coordinate invoice submission and payment follow-up.
• Ensure project documentation, reports and commercial records are complete and accurate.
• Support project cost tracking and delivery in line with agreed scope and contractual requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
