Compensation
- Hiring salary range is $89,250 to $137,200 per year.
- Management compensation includes performance-based adjustments and incentive payments subject to plan terms.
Role Overview
Lead a team delivering data-related services and set strategy for API governance and technology standards.
Oversee enablement, service delivery, DevOps, citizenship development, solution performance, service levels, and integration architecture.
Manage a portfolio of solutions including Salesforce, Mendix, and Dynamics.
Specific Accountabilities
- Set team strategy, governance, and technology standards in alignment with Information Services Division goals.
- Oversee daily operations, backlog prioritization, escalations, strategy, value casing, and DevOps toolchain adoption.
- Provide expertise and direction in application development, agile methodology, API architecture, and solutions.
- Manage resources and guide onboarding for Services Information System and partners.
- Ensure the quality of team assets, including services, integration architectures, and data architectures.
- Create and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for the solution portfolio.
- Lead project management and governance activities covering status, risks, issues, mitigation, scope, budget, time, and resources.
