Role Overview
Perform analysis and coordination related to acquiring telecommunications services from third-party providers.
Develop business information, cost controls, management information systems, and data collection procedures.
Compensation
- The hiring salary range is CAD 3,610.06 to CAD 5,157.24 per bi-weekly pay period.
Responsibilities
- Develop systems and controls for budgets, business plans, cost studies, performance reports, and monthly cost reports.
- Analyze competitive pricing for bidding, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis.
- Advise on budgets and explain variances between budgeted and actual expenditures.
- Provide telecommunications pricing and coordinate vendor pricing and service-level agreement provisions.
- Prepare and track order forms and allocate expenses to cost centres, work orders, or project IDs.
- Review vendor contract issues and coordinate with Carrier Relations, Sales, Engineering, Law, and Finance.
- Authorize supplier invoice payments and investigate disputes.
- Maintain performance measures and reporting systems and prepare vendor pricing and terms reports.
- Support telecom operations, contract management, and service-level agreement administration.
