The Integration Platform Manager governs, drives adoption of, optimizes, and evolves the organization's integration and automation platforms.

The role serves as the central point between IT teams, business partners, and vendors to maximize platform value and support organizational needs.

The position reports to the Director of Integration Services.

Manage governance, standards, and processes associated with the platforms.
Promote platform adoption across business units.
Identify integration, automation, and process improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
Define and maintain platform roadmaps according to business priorities.
Monitor usage, costs, performance, and value indicators.
Coordinate vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
Align platforms with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture requirements.
Produce reports and recommendations for leadership.

A university degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
At least 8 years of experience in platform management, product management, IT project management, or enterprise technologies is required.
