Job summary
The Integration Platform Manager is responsible for governance, adoption, optimization, and evolution of enterprise integration and automation platforms.
The role acts as the central liaison between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to maximize platform value and support organizational needs.
Platform responsibilities
- Manage platform governance, standards, and operating processes.
- Drive platform adoption across business units and identify integration, automation, and process-improvement opportunities.
- Maintain platform roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor platform utilization, costs, performance, and value metrics.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals.
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture requirements.
- Provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
Required qualifications
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in platform management, product management, IT project management, or enterprise technologies.
- Experience managing vendors and multiple stakeholders.
- Understanding of cloud SaaS platforms, enterprise environments, APIs, data flows, and integration architectures.
