Role Overview
Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integrations across digital channels and backend systems.
Build APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies and Azure Cloud Services.
Integrate Ticketing, Ecommerce, Customer Profile, CRM, Food and Beverage, Identity Management, mobile applications, and third-party services.
Role Scope
- Own the full lifecycle of integration solutions, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, support, and continuous improvement.
- Work with business stakeholders, solution architects, vendors, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions.
Essential Technical Skills and Experience
- Four or more years of experience in .NET development.
- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, RESTful services, and JSON/XML.
- Hands-on experience with Azure API Management, App Services, Functions, WebJobs, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Storage.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT authentication, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strong SQL Server database experience and good understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Sitecore integrations.
- Experience with Ecommerce and Ticketing platforms.
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with mobile application integrations.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms and CRM integrations.
