Integration Architect (Oracle Cloud Integrations)

Role Summary

Experience and Mandatory Skills

• At least 8 years of overall experience, including solid enterprise integration coordination or delivery experience.
• Good working knowledge of REST concepts, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API lifecycle practices is required.
• Experience coordinating delivery across functional, technical, vendor, and partner teams is required.
• Candidates must be able to interpret architecture documents and translate them into execution plans.
• Candidates must be able to create and update architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience working with an Oracle or similar implementation partner on support tickets and issue resolution is required.
• Understanding of point-to-point, API-led, and event-based integration patterns is required.
• Basic awareness of connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, and related network or security concepts is required.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is advantageous but not mandatory.

Banking Domain Expectations

• Good understanding of banking application ecosystems, including core banking and surrounding platforms.
• Ability to operate within regulated environments with security, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate functional requirements and existing designs into actionable execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the agreed integration architecture and ensure Oracle-to-source-system integrations comply with approved standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration execution across Oracle platforms, core banking, and adjacent systems.
• Create architecture and design diagrams and integration blueprints when required.
• Review and update design documentation to reflect current integrations and approved changes.
• Validate integration designs, review interface contracts, and support troubleshooting using API knowledge.
• Coordinate Oracle partner support tickets, incidents, and integration-related tasks.
• Resolve dependencies, approvals, and technical blockers with security, network, architecture, and other internal teams.
• Track action items and drive closure of open integration issues across stakeholders.
• Support testing, cutover, and go-live planning and coordination.
• Manage risks and issues affecting integration delivery and escalate them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Present integration execution status in design and architecture review forums.
• Ensure integration changes comply with security, governance, and audit requirements.
