Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- Liberty Insurance Brokers LLC is an innovative insurance brokerage firm in the UAE, licensed by the UAE Ministry of Economy and Insurance Authority and headquartered in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Identify clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after policy issuance.
- Develop business through networking, referrals, and direct client visits.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, ideally within the UAE market.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long term client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex insurance information in a clear, client friendly manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,000 AED 5,000 per month
Work Location
- Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi
