About the Role

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, ideally within the UAE market.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long term client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex insurance information in a clear, client friendly manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Familiarity with UAE insurance regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
Pay
- From AED 2,000.00 per month
