Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Compliance and Risk Officer** to join our insurance brokerage firm.
The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly **UAE regulations**, and support the company’s risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with **UAE rules and regulations** applicable to insurance brokers
- Monitor and update internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments
- Liaise with regulators and ensure timely regulatory reporting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and operational risks
- Provide compliance guidance and training to internal teams
- Support management in maintaining regulatory and governance standards
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of compliance and risk experience in the UAE**
- Experience working in an **insurance broker** environment is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of **CBUAE regulations**
- **Bachelor’s degree with UAE Equivalency Certificate** (mandatory)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AML, sanctions, and regulatory reporting frameworks
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
